Wasatch Fire District’s most recent impact fee study was completed in October 2025 by Zions Public Finance. Due to residental and nonresidental growth, this analysis and facilities plan evaluates the impact of each building in Wasatch County and demonstrates the need for additional public safety facilites. As new development and growth increases so does the demand for fire safety services.
